2. Accuracy of Site Information & Material Notice

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, dimensional measurements (height, width, depth, strap drop), compartment capacities, and pricing. Textile & Color Variations: Natural cotton canvas and synthetic vegan leather materials may display subtle variations in weave texture, grain pattern, and color tone across different device screens. Vika Tote reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Bag Capacity & Device Protection Disclaimer

Load Capacity & Device Notice: While our commuter totes are built with reinforced stitching and padded internal sleeves, users are advised not to exceed recommended carrying capacities (e.g., max 10kg) to avoid strap strain. Laptop sleeves provide shock-absorbing buffering against minor daily bumps, but do not guarantee protection against heavy drops or crush impacts. Vika Tote is not liable for device fractures, strap tears caused by severe overloading, or cosmetic fabric stains resulting from exposure to rain, cosmetic spills, or abrasive surfaces.
